Q: What size are your banquet tables?
A: Guest tables are 72” rounds.
Q: Are chairs and banquet tables included in the facility rental price?
A: Yes.
Q: Are linens included in facility rental price?
A: Yes. Linens are available in our catering packages.
Q: Do you have standard centerpieces that come with the facility rental price?
A: Brookshire has various centerpieces available to complete your event theme.
Q: How many hours can we rent your facility?
A: Our wedding packages are based on 5 hours of rental time. Additional hours may be purchased.
Corporate event hours are based on individual needs.
Q: How many people can your facility hold?
A: Seating is available from 50 to 500 people.
Q: How many people can your outdoor ceremony area hold?
A: Our outdoor ceremony area can accommodate seating for 400+ people.
Q: Do you have a dance floor?
A: Yes. Dance floor varies in size.
Q: Do you have a liquor license?
A: Yes.
Q: Are we required to use your caterer?
A: No. However, outside caterers are accepted subject to an 25% catering fee.
Q: What kind of deposit is required to book our event date?
A: Deposits vary per event - please contact us for details.
