What is the fee to include my ceremony at Brookshire?
$1,000-$1,500 ceremony fee
How much time do I have for my ceremony?
2.5 additional hours for preparation, pictures, and ceremony
When would my ceremony rehearsal take place?
If you have your ceremony at Brookshire, you are guaranteed one hour for your rehearsal. This time will be confirmed 30 days prior to your wedding due to other events. It is the responsibility of your officiant to orchestrate your rehearsal.
Is there a rain plan for my ceremony?
Yes. Our enclosed patio (The Veranda) is a great rain plan for 200+ guests, or you can utilize our indoor ballroom for larger guest counts.
How much time do I have for my reception?
5 hours is included with your package.
Can I add additional hours to my package?
Yes! You can add time earlier in the day or later into the evening. The whole day is yours to use!
Can I add liquor to my beer and wine package?
Yes! All bar packages are fully customizable.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No, we are a permit-holding premises.
When is my final guest count due?
30 days prior to your event during your final phone call with our coordinating team.
How many people can Brookshire accommodate?

Are my wedding cake, centerpieces, and DJ really included?
YES! And fully customizable to your vision!
When will I meet with the florist, the pastry chef, and the DJ?
Sample timeline:
- Florist: up to 9 months before the wedding (no less than 2 months before the wedding)
- Pastry Chef: up to 9 months before the wedding (no less than 2 months before the wedding)
- DJ: 45 to 60 days before the wedding
What if I want to take out one of the following items in my package: wedding cake, floral centerpieces, or professional DJ?
If you want to take out an item included in the package, you will receive a $150 credit to your package for each item removed.
Can I enhance my package?
Yes! We have a variety of options including: Photo Booth, Light Up Your Night, Specialty Cocktails, Late Night Bites, Fire Pit, and more.
Do you offer a tasting?
Yes! After booking, you will be invited to attend a “Vendor Preview,” which is a group tasting and will include a sampling of our entrees, sides, cocktail options, and cake.
